LED street lamp heat dissipation
The heat dissipation of LED street lamps has always plagued developers in the LED lighting industry. It has high efficiency, safety, energy saving, environmental protection, long life, fast response speed, and display. Unique advantages such as high color index can be widely used on roads. The outer cover can be made, the high temperature resistance can reach 135 degrees, and the low temperature resistance can reach -45 degrees. Today's lamps are basically made of aluminum alloy, with plug-ins acting as heat sinks. The heat dissipation effect of this radiator is not ideal, and the radiator usually reaches a higher temperature. The radiator industry has developed LED street light radiators as a supplier to the street lighting industry, combining the following aspects:
1. Break through the problem of unsatisfactory heat dissipation of existing aluminum radiators
Most of the existing chandeliers use aluminum with fins as heat sinks, and the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink is not ideal, and the heat sink can normally reach a higher temperature.
2. Use insulating and heat-dissipating plastic instead of aluminum alloy to make heat sink. In 2009, South Korea developed an LED insulation and heat dissipation plastic, which increased the heat dissipation capacity by 48 times while maintaining heat dissipation and aluminum alloy. The LED radiator made of this kind of heat dissipation material can greatly improve the overall heat dissipation effect.
3. Using the principle of liquid convection, a ceiling lamp with good heat dissipation performance is provided.
The heat absorbed by the coolant in the liquid storage tank installed on the lampshade and the natural convection of the coolant between the two liquid storage tanks of different heights are used to release the heat absorbed by the coolant from the lampshade, thereby The lampshade of the chandelier is well cooled.
4. Flexible rotation and easy installation
Since the cooling liquid convection pipe connected between the two storage tanks has a bellows structure, the bellows structure can be flexibly bent and deformed, does not hinder the flexible rotation of the lampshade, and is easy to install.
