LED tube installation
The LED fluorescent tubes on the market are all T8 tubes. Consumers who need to install LED fluorescent lamps can directly buy T8 LED fluorescent tubes and install them on the traditional T8 fluorescent lamp holder. It should be noted that they must be installed. Remove the starter and ballast of the original T8 fluorescent lamp bracket lamp system, or bypass the ballast wiring.
The specific steps for installing and using LED tubes are as follows:
1. Connect the 220V AC power when there is no rectifier in the lamp frame, install the LED fluorescent tube in the lamp frame, turn the LED fluorescent tube to make it glow and adjust the light-emitting direction;
2. If there is an inductive rectifier in the lamp holder, short-circuit or remove the rectifier, unplug the starter, install the lamp in the lamp holder, turn the LED tube to make it glow and adjust the direction of light;
3. If there is an electronic rectifier in the lamp holder, remove the rectifier, install the lamp tube in the lamp holder, turn the LED fluorescent tube to make it glow and adjust the direction of light emission;
1. The installation size of LED tube is the same as that of ordinary fluorescent lamp.
2. The contact pins at both ends of the LED tube are connected together in the tube. It is strictly forbidden to connect the positive and negative poles of the 220V alternating current to the two contact pins at the same end, otherwise the LED tube will burn out.
3. During energy-saving transformation, if you only pull out the starter without disconnecting the original ballast, the LED fluorescent lamp can also be bright, but it will seriously affect the life of the LED fluorescent lamp, and the LED fluorescent lamp will attenuate by 50% in about 3000 hours! This situation does not belong to the scope of replacement. If it is an electronic ballast, the ballast will burn out!
4. Frequent switching is strictly prohibited, and the number of switching times in 10 seconds should not exceed 2 times
