2. How to use:


1. According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation position and method of the lamps, and then prepare the corresponding length of Φ8~14mm three-core cables according to the distance from the lamps to the 220V power supply contact.


2. Remove the side panel with the "open/lock" mark on the junction box, and take out the installation accessories from the packaging box, including sealing rings, gaskets and joints (with set screws). There are also ceiling-mounted adapters (with set screws) and 3/4" adapters.


1) Wall-mounted installation: first install the lamp body on the wall or other support through the bracket (make sure the shading plate is directly above the lamp), and then pass the cable through the joint, gasket, sealing ring in sequence until it is inside the junction box (reserved). A certain length of cable is convenient for wiring), and finally tighten the connector and tighten the set screw;


2) Inclined boom type installation: Pass the connector through the cable, screw it into the steel pipe, tighten the set screw, and then pass the cable through the gasket, the sealing ring and the junction box in turn (reserve a certain length of cable for easy wiring), Then screw the lamp body into the connector, make sure that the connection port of the junction box is facing down. After connecting the wires according to step 3, adjust the relative position of the copper joint and the steel pipe to ensure that the shading plate is directly above the bulb, and then tighten the set screw;


3) Vertical boom type installation: first pass the connector through the cable, screw it into the steel pipe, tighten the set screw, and then pass the cable through the gasket and the sealing ring in sequence until it reaches the junction box (reserve a certain length of cable for easy wiring). ), then tighten the lamp body and the connector, and tighten the set screw;


4) Ceiling installation: screw the 3/4-inch adapter into the ceiling-mounted adapter, screw the connector into the 3/4-inch adapter, tighten the set screws respectively, then pass through the cables and install them on the roof, and finally put the cables in sequence. Pass through the gasket and sealing ring to the junction box (reserve a certain length of cable for easy wiring), then tighten the lamp body and the connector, and tighten the set screw;


3. Connect one end of the three-core cable to the "L", "N" and grounding marks in the box, then press the cable with the cable pressure plate, and fix it with the fastening screw, then install the side plate, and tighten the screw .


4. Finally, connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 220V power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements.


5. When replacing the bulb, first cut off the power supply, then use the Allen wrench to remove the set screw on the housing, use a large screwdriver or other tools to loosen the lamp cover 6 turns, and then carefully remove the LED explosion-proof lamp cover slowly by hand. , unscrew the old bulb and replace with a new bulb.


3. Notes:


1. When the lamp is installed at an angle, the relative position of the joint and the steel pipe must be adjusted to ensure that the shading plate is directly above the bulb;


2. When installing and maintaining lamps, the power must be cut off first;


3. During use, the surface of the LED explosion-proof lamp has a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon. The center of the transparent part has a high temperature and should not be touched;


4. The electrical appliances provided by the company must be used;


5. When replacing the bulb, the bulb of the same type and power should be used; if the bulb type or power is changed, the matching ballast should be replaced accordingly.
