Light pole:
1. The light pole is made of high-quality low-carbon steel Q235A, the silicon content of the steel is not higher than 0.04%, and the straightness error is not more than 0.05% after a large bending machine is bent. The wind resistance of the light pole is 36.9 meters. Designed with level 11 per second and above, the seismic intensity is 8 level.
2. The total height of the rod is X meters, the upper diameter is Xmm, the lower diameter is Xmm, and the wall thickness is Xmm. There is a flange at the bottom of the pole, and the flange mounting hole distance is ØX, which is installed on the foundation through anchor bolts. (X is the parameter set by the user, or configured by the company as usual)
3. The welding method of the lamp pole is automatic submerged arc welding, reliable welding, smooth surface, no obvious welding defects such as pores, weld bead, undercut, etc., ultrasonic flaw detection inspection, meets the requirements of welding GB11345 class II standard.
4. Steel pole anti-corrosion treatment adopts internal and external hot-dip galvanizing. Street lamp pole galvanizing process goes through pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating, passivation and other processes. The galvanized layer has a smooth and beautiful surface, consistent gloss, no wrinkle, Defects such as shedding and zinc tumors, peeling, spots, and yin and yang surfaces exist. The thickness of the zinc layer is above 86um, which meets the national standard GB/T13912-92. The adhesion of the galvanized layer meets the requirements of GB2694-88. The anti-corrosion life is more than 30 years. .
5. Electrostatic spraying (color optional) after hot-dip galvanizing the light pole, frosting before spraying to increase adhesion, strict control of curing time and temperature during the spraying process, to ensure that the plastic layer is uniform, smooth and free of pores. The thickness of the sprayed layer is ≧1Ooum, the adhesion reaches GB9286-880, the surface is smooth, and the hardness is ≧2H.
