As a result, the heat in the lamp cannot be dissipated, and the LED junction temperature rises too high, shortening the service life of the lamp and reducing the cost. Reliability will also cause a lot of waste of resources. The LED street lights used on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge took the lead in abandoning the PCB board (aluminum substrate), but instead used a ceramic body, and the chip was directly welded on it. On the one hand, the ceramic itself is insulated to prevent leakage risks and non-ferrous metal pollution, and On the other hand, the heat dissipation has been fundamentally handled, and the service life has been greatly improved. The use of this technology can be said to be a new revolution in LED lighting.
