1. Look at the overall "power factor of lighting":

The low power factor means that the driving power and circuit design used are not good, which will greatly reduce the service life of the lighting! With low power factor, the life of the lighting will not be long even if the lamp bead is used well. The level of power factor can be detected with a "power factor meter"! Generally, the power factor of export LED flat lights is required to reach 0.85 or more. If the power factor is lower than 0.5, it should be said that substandard products or junk products not only have a short lifespan, but also the actual power consumption is about twice as high as the nominal. That is to say, compared with ordinary energy-saving lamps, it does not save electricity at all! , This is why LED panel lights need to be equipped with high-quality, high-efficiency driving power! Consumers who do not have a "power factor meter" to detect the power factor of LED lighting, there is another way to use an "amperometer" to detect two Similar products with the same nominal power, the greater the current and the greater the current harmonics, the greater the actual power consumption, and the less power saving! At the same time, the current is unstable, which is detrimental to the life of the lamp beads and the life of the overall lighting!


2. Look at "Lighting Heat Dissipation Conditions-Materials and Structures":

The heat dissipation of LED lighting is also very important. For lighting with the same power factor and lamp beads of the same quality, if the heat dissipation conditions are not good, the lamp beads will work under high temperature, the light decay will be great, and the life of the lighting will be reduced. The heat dissipation materials used are mainly copper, aluminum, and PC. Copper has better heat conduction than aluminum, and aluminum has better heat conduction than PC. Nowadays, aluminum is generally used as the most radiator material, and the best is insert aluminum, car aluminum (aluminum profile, Extruded aluminum) Second, the worst is cast aluminum, and the insert aluminum has the best heat dissipation effect!


3. Look at the "lamp bead quality":

The quality of the lamp bead is determined by the chip quality and packaging technology.

The chip quality determines the brightness and light attenuation of the lamp beads. Good lamp beads not only have high luminous flux, but also have low luminous decay.


4. Look at the driving power used by the lighting.

The service life of the power supply is much shorter than that of other parts of the lighting. The service life of the power supply affects the overall life of the lighting. The theoretical life of the lamp beads is between 50,000 and 100,000 hours. The service life is between 0.2 and 30,000 hours. The design and material selection of the power supply will determine the service life of the power supply. The appearance of the power drive with aluminum alloy is better than that of engineering plastics. One is that it has better heat dissipation. The other is that the parts inside can be effectively protected from being crushed and loose during transportation and use, and the failure rate of the power drive is reduced.


5. Look at the light efficiency:

The higher the light efficiency of the same lamp bead, the higher the brightness. The same lighting brightness, the lower the power consumption, the more energy-saving.


6. Look at the power supply efficiency.

The higher the power supply efficiency, the better, and the higher it is, indicating that the power consumption of the power supply itself is smaller and the output power is greater.
