In the actual application of the led tube, the light irradiation is different, which directly affects the lighting effect. The light irradiation methods can be divided into four types: front light, oblique side light, metering and top light. Let's analyze the effect of use.
The front light of the led tube-the light comes from the front of the product. The product illuminated by the front light has a bright feeling and can fully display the color and details of the led product. However, the three-dimensional and texture is poor, and it is generally used for the lighting of shelves in the store. Illuminate directly by the reflected light from the front. The brightness of the light source is required to be high, and the color temperature can be slightly higher. For example, 6000-6500k, CRI is better at 70-80, so the reflective effect is obvious.
Side light of led tube-the light is irradiated from the side of the illuminated object to make the illuminated object have a strong contrast between light and dark. Also known as 90° side light, it is generally not used alone, but only as an auxiliary light. In this situation, the brightness of the light source should not be too bright, otherwise it may be a distraction. The oblique side light of the led tube-the light usually illuminates the illuminated object from the front left or front right obliquely. Refers to the light level of 45° between the light and the illuminated object. This is the most commonly used light level in window displays. The oblique side light irradiation makes the model and the clothing layered and three-dimensional. It is used to irradiate part of the projected area. Top light of led tube——The light comes from the top of the product, which will cause the product to produce heavy shadows, which should generally be avoided. Multiple LED tubes can be used to turn on the light at the same time to avoid ghosting. For example, the shadowless lamp used in the operating table is produced using this principle.
However, in practical applications, front light and oblique side light are often used. Top light is also commonly used in large-area lighting, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, and the number of LED tubes must be increased to eliminate shadows and affect the effect of product alignment. In use, outside of the consideration angle, while paying attention to the use of color temperature, there will be unexpected effects. Different color temperatures have different visual effects. It can be selected according to the situation in different applications.
