What problems should be paid attention to in classroom lighting renovation


The choice of    lamps is the main choice for classroom lighting renovation. The classroom lighting environment should meet the writing requirements of teachers and students on the desktop and blackboard. Therefore, the selection of lamps should consider the characteristics of the classroom environment, and choose a reasonable lighting form and lighting distribution. The following issues should be paid attention to in classroom lighting design.


   According to my country’s current standards, the classroom light source should be 3300K~5300k, the color rendering index should not be less than 80, and the uniform glare value should not be greater than 19. The use of a cold light source with a higher color temperature can inhibit the liveliness of students to a certain extent, and improve the teaching efficiency of teachers and the listening of students.


   The direct glare produced by the blackboard lamp is also a problem that cannot be ignored. Glare is mainly due to uneven brightness distribution in the visual range or inappropriate brightness range, so there is a clear contrast in time and space, causing visual discomfort or reducing the ability to observe the target. The main hazard of glare is to destroy dark adaptation, produce residual images, and cause visual fatigue.


   However, most teachers on campus are women. Every time a lecture is standing on the podium, some teachers’ eyes are always affected by the “dazzling” light of the blackboard lamp. In severe cases, the teacher cannot clearly see the students on the opposite side of the podium. Therefore, many places raise the spotlight in order to avoid the height of the teacher's eyes, causing the illumination of the blackboard to fail to meet the standard requirements. Analysis shows that the light of cold light source is hard, and it will be dazzling if exposed to it for a long time.


   The control requirements of classroom lighting should be parallel to the side windows, and the light row should be controlled by pressing. In this way, in the daytime when the sun is full, it is enough to turn on the side lights far away from the windows, which can maintain the uniformity of the overall lighting brightness of the classroom and achieve the purpose of saving electricity.


   During self-study, students are in a state of self-study. The blackboard lights in the self-study mode are all turned off to save energy. On the other hand, based on the students' long-time desktop reading and writing, the desktop illumination and uniformity are optimized, so that students can see clearly while alleviating visual fatigue, so as to improve the efficiency of self-study. In between classes, in order to alleviate the nervousness and mental fatigue of students in class, the inter-class mode strives to create a classroom lighting environment close to natural light, so that students can feel the comfort of natural light even indoors, relax and relieve anxiety.
