3. If the light source is damaged, turn off the lamp in time and notify the replacement, so as to prevent the ballast and other electrical components from being in an abnormal state for a long time due to the failure of the light source to start.
4. If there is water in the lamp cavity of lamps used in humid environment, it should be removed in time, and the sealing parts should be replaced to ensure the protection performance of the explosion-proof enclosure.
5. When opening the explosion-proof lamp cover, disconnect the power supply and open the cover according to the requirements of the warning board.
6. Check whether the transparent parts have been impacted by foreign matters, and whether the protective net is loose, desoldered, corroded, etc. If any, it should be stopped and repaired and replaced in time.
7. Regularly eliminate dust and dirt on the shell of explosion-proof lamps to improve the lighting efficiency and heat dissipation performance of lamps. The cleaning method can be * * * (the mark on the lamp is above negative) or wiped with wet cloth according to the protective capacity of the lamp shell*** During cleaning, the power supply shall be cut off. 8. The sealed part of the lamp shall not be disassembled and opened frequently.
