The cost of stamping and opening of the mold is low, and the processing cost is low; the IP rating of the die-cast aluminum structure can be higher, the appearance is good, the overall appearance is beautiful, but the early investment The mold cost is higher.
2. LED light source:
Usually LED lamp beads use 3528, and some people use 3014 and 5050. The cost of 3014 and 5050 is low, and the luminous efficiency is slightly worse. The key is that the planning of the light guide network is difficult. 3528 has high luminous efficiency and good dot versatility.
3. LED light guide plate:
The LED light on the side is refracted by the dots so that the light is evenly exported from the front. The light guide plate is the key point of the quality control of the LED panel light. If the network is not well planned, the overall light effect seen is very poor. It usually appears bright in the middle and dark at both ends, perhaps there is a bright band at the light-in, or dark areas in the department, or the brightness of different viewpoints is inconsistent. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate, the first step is to plan the dots, and then the quality of the plate, but there is no need to be superstitious about the first-line brand of plates, and the light transmittance between qualified plates is usually the same. Usually small LED lamp factories directly buy public light guide plates and use them, so there is no need to plan from scratch. The public version used by many manufacturers is usually of good quality.
4. LED dispersion board:
The light of the light guide plate is exported evenly, and it can also play a vague dot effect. The dispersing board usually uses acrylic 2.0 sheet or PC material, which is almost equal to PS material. The cost of acrylic is lower and the light transmittance is slightly higher than that of PC. The acrylic is brittle and has weak anti-aging function. The price of PC is slightly precious, but it has anti-aging function. Strong. After the dispersing board is installed, the dots cannot be seen, and the light transmittance must be around 90%. The light transmittance of acrylic is 92%, PC is 88%, and PS is about 80%. We can select the material of the dispersion board according to the needs. At present, most manufacturers use acrylic material.
