Using a switch up stream of this light bar and leaving the switch on in the light bar should work just fine.

2.Do you make these in dual color white/red or white/yellow dimmable?
Answer:no, straight white, non-dimmable. work great, small garage, and work bench.

3.Can these lights be connected in series?

Answer:They only have 2 wires however I have 6 of them connected in series. I just doubled up the wires to the next light in the same butt connector.

4.Can these lights operate on 24 volts dc?

Yes.

5.Are these wired in series or parallel, if one goes out they all go out?

Answer:You can wire them in series or parallel, it's up to you.

6.Can a 12 volt deep cycle battery power these?
Yes, I installed them in my enclosed trailer. Since most large enclosed trailers have a breakaway system for the electric brakes, I connected mine to the breakaway battery so that I could continue to use my lights even when the trailer was disconnected while I had a bigger battery and power system installed in my trailer.
