1. In general, you can replace any fluorescent tube with LED.
2. Pay attention to the length and the socket of the tubes: Both must be identical if you want to convert the fluorescent tube to LED.
3. Pay attention to the ballast: starters must be replaced by dummy starters. If there is no starter, you need an ECG-compatible LED tube.
4. Tandem circuit? Works only with the appropriate tandem compatible LED tubes!
5. LEDs emit light at an angle of 120 degrees, fluorescent tubes at a full 360 degrees. If you want high lumen values, you need reflectors for LED tubes.
6. Pay attention to the light color: 3,000 Kelvin for living rooms, 4,000 Kelvin for offices, 6,000 Kelvin for maximum brightness.
7. Electrical installations should be converted only by professionals. If it's more than just replacing the tube itself, hire a specialist company!
