Precautions
1. Installation:
LED comes with a constant current source, no ballast or starter is required. Generally, the lamp tube above T8 can be installed in the lamp tube because the lamp tube space is large enough. Therefore, when installing, you can remove the ballast and starter in the original bracket and install the lamp directly.
Because T5 and T4 LED daylight light are very small, the constant current source cannot be placed, and the constant current source can only be installed in the bracket. Therefore, when manufacturers make T4\T5, they will configure the bracket, and the constant current source is installed in the bracket. Moreover, the light are directional when they are installed. The direction is reversed, and the light tube does not light up.
2. Voltage: Although the daylight lamp has a wide voltage adaptability, it is AC 85V--AC 245V, which can work normally. However, if the long-term voltage is too high or too low, it will affect the power factor of the constant current source, which means that it will have a slight impact on the energy saving effect. At the same time, it will also affect the life of the constant current source. Therefore, it is generally necessary to choose a daylight tube with a suitable voltage. For example, where the mains is 110V, a specially designed 110 mains daylight tube should be used.
3. Heat dissipation: The daylight lamp is equipped with an aluminum heat dissipation shell. Under normal circumstances, there is no problem with heat dissipation. However, if it is used in a place with heavy dust, it should be dusted regularly to prevent dust from covering the radiator and affecting heat dissipation.
4. Waterproof: LED daylight light are composed of upper and lower parts: the upper part is an aluminum radiator, and the lower part is a diffuser. If it is used in places with heavy smoke and water vapor, it is recommended to add a protective cover. A normal protective cover will suffice.
5. Vibration: LED daylight light have strong anti-vibration ability. As long as it is not violently impacted, it generally does not cause damage. But it may have some impact on the diffuser. The traditional daylight light are made of glass, and the inside is close to a vacuum. The vibration may cause an explosion. Special attention should be paid to the vibration.
