Basketball court lighting configuration method and stadium lighting pole parameter specification
There are two main lighting configuration methods for outdoor basketball courts: economical 4-pole basketball court lighting configuration and standard 6-pole basketball court lighting configuration. Lamps can be selected from traditional halogen lamps and LED energy-saving lamps with higher illuminance. Different types of lamps also determine the number of light poles installed. Generally, metal halide lamps have higher illuminance and a wide range of illumination. 4 light poles can be selected for configuration ; LED lamps have low illuminance and relatively soft light. It is suitable to choose 6 lamp poles for configuration, and each lamp pole can be equipped with 2 corresponding lamps.
1. Raw materials
1. 7-meter tapered light pole: upper diameter 60-70mm, lower diameter 142-165mm, wall thickness 3.0mm, the light pole adopts the overall hot-dip galvanizing process, which can effectively extend the life of the light pole to 20-30 years.
2. Metal halide lamps: The power of the metal halide lamps is 250W-400W, and the normal service life is between 13432-175918 (hours).
3. LED lamps: usually use integrated 100W-250W floodlight LED lamps, the service life is between 18576-230027 (hours)
4. Light pole embedded parts: one of the indispensable accessories for embedded light pole installation. The embedded light pole has the advantages of safety and firmness, good wind resistance, and convenient maintenance.
5. Lamp bracket: The lamp bracket can be determined according to the number of lamps installed, and generally adopts internal cutting or external design.
Two, installation steps
1. First, determine the position where the light pole needs to be installed according to the aforementioned basketball court light pole wiring diagram, dig a hole to place the light pole embedded parts and threaded PVC pipe, backfill the concrete, and solidify for 3-5 days;
2. Unpack the light pole, insert the wire into the light pole and connect the lamp holder
3. Install the lamp on the lamp holder, connect the wires, and adjust the projection angle
4. Turn on the power and debug to make sure that the lamps are glowing normally and all performances are stable
5. To stand the light pole, the light pole can be hoisted to the installation position of the embedded parts with a crane or manually
6. Put the lamp pole flange into the position of the embedded screw, adjust the level and angle of the lamp pole, and lock it with gaskets and nuts
7. Connect the ground wire with the light pole wire, debug the overall lighting of the stadium, and complete the installation
