How to choose a good LED lamp?

In terms of health, the price of products designed with non-toxic materials is higher, especially indoor LED lighting. Don't be cheap and choose LED lighting with peculiar smell. At present, only a few LED manufacturers use non-toxic materials, which can be directly smelled with the nose. The price of odorless products is much lower than that of odorless products, which contain excessive lead, mercury, cadmium and other toxins. From the perspective of applicable environmental safety, LED products with reliable dust-proof and moisture-proof design, material fire-proof, UV-proof, and low-temperature and high-temperature resistance are expensive. How to choose a good LED lamp? The following points are for reference:

1. The LED brightness is different and the price is different. LEDs used in LED lamps should be suitable for laser class I standards.

2. LEDs with strong anti-static ability have long life and high prices. Usually LEDs with anti-static greater than 700V can be used for LED lighting.

3. LEDs with the same wavelength have the same color. If the same color is required, the price will be high. It is difficult for manufacturers without LED spectrophotometers to produce products with pure colors.

4. Leakage current, LED is a one-way conductive luminous body. If there is a reverse current, it is called leakage current. LEDs with large leakage current have short life and low price.

5. Lighting angle, LEDs with different uses have different light-emitting angles. The special light angle is more expensive.

6. Life, the key to different quality is life, and life is determined by light decay. Low light decay, long life and high price.

7. Chip, the illuminant of LED is a chip, and the price of different chips varies greatly. Chips from Japan and the United States are more expensive, followed by chips from Taiwan, and finally the lowest ones made in China.

8. Colloid, the colloid of ordinary LED is generally epoxy resin. The price of LED with anti-ultraviolet and fire retardant is more expensive. High-quality outdoor LED lighting should be anti-ultraviolet and fireproof.

As for LED bulbs, the same is true. Take the most critical driving power supply as an example. Low-end products (including some big brands) use resistance-capacitance step-down. The working method of resistance-capacitance step-down is: AC 220V input - CBB step-down capacitor 400V 105J - full-bridge rectifier, 4 diodes are internally packaged and connected and packaged in the form of a bridge full-wave rectifier circuit - Zener tube, filter capacitor (parallel) - output, two 474 and two 510 are used internally. This method is relatively extensive, and the peak voltage far exceeds the withstand voltage value of the Zener tube and capacitor, which is easily broken down, which may lead to electrical fires and bring huge hidden dangers to users.
