First: look at packaging and trademarks
The state mandates that LED lighting manufacturers mark the following contents on the outer packaging: rated voltage, voltage range, rated power, and rated frequency. Generally speaking, the trademarks of high-quality products have good printing quality, clear fonts, and are not easy to fall off. When wiped with a soft damp cloth, the logos are clear and recognizable, and they are not easy to wipe off. Fake and shoddy products have poor printing quality, fuzzy fonts, easy to erase, and no manufacturer's trademark and related certification marks.
Second: Look at the interference situation
In our country, electromagnetic compatibility is already an item that electrical appliances must pass. However, the detection of this item is very complicated. When the user buys a lamp, he should check whether there is a mark on the package that has passed the national electromagnetic compatibility test. The second is to bring a medium and short wave radio. Fourth: Look at the appearance of the LED lamp
The real LED panel light uses three primary color tubes, the tube is white, and it is more white when you cover it with your hands. In addition, from the perspective of the lamp tube, multiple lamps can be compared together. Most of the lamps with better shape and size consistency are machine bending and forming, and most of them are mass-produced products. The consistency of the product is good, the quality is easier to be guaranteed, and the interchangeability during maintenance is better. Of course, there should be no cracks, looseness and signs of prying between the interfaces. In the process of installation and disassembly, the lamp head should not be loose or tilted.
The plastic shell of the lamp must choose the kind of engineering plastic flame retardant. Ordinary plastics are easily deformed and flammable, and are prohibited from being used in panel light production. From the surface, the two can be easily distinguished. The latter has a smooth and shiny surface, and the former has a texture similar to frosted glass.
Fifth: Look at the temperature at work
Under normal working conditions, its temperature rise should be very low. Otherwise, the LED panel light has a very short lifespan. At the same time, when the panel light is lit, it flickers very quickly or fluctuates very dazzlingly, which indicates that the panel light has a quality problem.
