How to test the illuminance of LED fluorescent lamps
If you test the LED fluorescent lamp to see how high your lamp is installed, we usually test it at different angles, generally: 30°45°90°, with an average height of 2 meters, with the front as the axis angle! !
The test condition is generally in a room with weak light intensity, if there is light in the room, the error value should be removed!
The following standards can be referred to:
DB35/T 810-2008
LED lamps for general lighting (fixed, movable, embedded)
DB35/T 811-2008
LED lamps for landscape decoration
DB35/T 812-2008
LED lamps for flood lighting
DB35/T 813-2008
LED lamps for road lighting
DB37/T 1181-2009
General technical conditions for solar LED lamps
DB44/T 609-2009
LED street light
For illuminance, we generally choose 1M.2M irradiation. The environment must be completely dark, otherwise there will be errors!
The simplest method is to use the integrating sphere to measure the total luminous flux, and then calculate the average illuminance based on the illuminated area. Central illuminance calculation, accurate illuminance test requires a dark room, the fluorescent lamp is suspended like the ground to illuminate, the heights are respectively 1M, 1.75M, 2M, 2.5M. This is the use height of general fluorescent lamps. According to the product's light-emitting angle, each 0.5M is a point test. Record the results, the horizontal and vertical are both 0.5M, you can get the central illuminance value, the minimum and maximum illuminance values, and the illuminance values at different distances from the irradiated surface. This measurement method is more accurate, because the fluorescent lamp has a relatively large irradiation range, so it is difficult to be accurate Measure the illuminance value of each point, the error is relatively large.
It can also be tested with an illuminance meter to simply judge the test value (LUX)
