Overview and composition of LED panel lights
The LED panel light is a new type of surface light source that uses similar LCD TV backlight technology. It is a high-end indoor lighting fixture. Its outer frame is made of aluminum alloy through anodizing or aluminum die-casting. The light source is SMD LED lamp beads. The lamp design is beautiful and concise, not only has a good lighting effect, but also can give people a beautiful feeling. The LED panel light has a unique design. The light passes through the light guide plate with high transmittance to form a uniform plane luminous effect. The uniformity of illumination is good, the light is soft, comfortable and bright, which can effectively relieve eye fatigue.
From the perspective of green lighting design, LED panel lights are environmentally friendly, low power consumption, luminous efficiency, lighting brightness and other aspects are better than grille lights, truly enjoy the lights during the day and illuminate at night. It is gradually replacing the grille lamp with T8 fluorescent lamp as the light source. Due to the low utilization rate of the traditional grille lamp panel, only about 65%, while the utilization rate of the flat panel lamp is as high as 90%.
The main components of the panel light structure
①Frame: mainly for heat dissipation, generally aluminum profile
②Diffuser plate: shield the sundries and make the light more uniform
③Light guide plate: change the trajectory of the light to make it evenly arranged
④Reflective film: make the light of the light guide plate emerge from the front
⑤Bottom plate: assist in heat dissipation and shield the intrusion of foreign objects
⑥PCBA: LED light board, light source of panel light
⑦Power supply: drive the panel light to light up
