1. Matters needing attention when storing in-line LED lamp beads:
1) Storage conditions of in-line LED lamp beads: temperature 10 ℃-26 ℃ humidity 40%-80% packaging bag sealed storage;
2) The storage temperature of the in-line LED lamp beads shall not exceed 100°C, and the temperature shall not be lower than -40°C;
3) The inner packaging bag of the in-line LED lamp beads must be sealed and sealed after re-storing after opening;
4) The stacking of the in-line LED lamp beads shall not exceed four layers in the inner box, and the stacking in the outer box shall not exceed three layers;
5) The inner and outer boxes of the in-line LED lamp bead storage should not be in direct contact with the ground, so that the carton can absorb moisture;
6) In-line LED lamp beads need to be re-split and separated after one year of storage for colored light, and after half a year of white light. In order to prevent changes in LED photoelectric characteristics.
2. Matters needing attention when transporting in-line LED lamp beads:
1) The stacking height of LEDs should not exceed 3 layers during transportation to prevent falling and crushing;
2) The LED needs to be moisture-proof and vibration-proof during transportation, and it is strictly forbidden to throw it high and fall;
3) LEDs are strictly prohibited to be transported together with dangerous goods during transportation.
4) During the LED transportation process, it is strictly forbidden to stack other goods on the upper layer of the outer box.
