Principle of high pole lamp

High pole lamp: generally refers to a new type of lighting device composed of a steel cone lamp pole over 15 meters and a high-power combined lamp structure. It is composed of lamp holder, internal lamp electrical, pole body and basic parts. The shape of the lamp holder can be determined according to user requirements, surrounding environment, and lighting needs. The internal lamps are mostly composed of floodlights and floodlights. The light source uses NG400 high-pressure sodium lamps with a lighting radius of 60 meters. The rod body is generally a pyramid-shaped single body structure, which is rolled out of steel plate, with a height of 15-40 meters, and most of it is composed of two to three sections.

Configuration

1. The light pole is an octagonal, twelve-sided, and eighteen-sided pyramidal pole, which is cut, bent, and automatically welded to form high-strength high-quality steel plates. The general height is 25, 30, 35, 40 and other specifications, with the largest design The wind resistance can reach 60 meters per second, and each specification is composed of 3 to 4 plug-in sections. Equipped with flanged steel chassis, with a diameter of 1 meter to 1.2 meters and a thickness of 30 mm to 40 m m.

2. The functionality is mainly frame structure, and some are mainly decorated with steel pipes and steel pipes. Lamp poles and lamp panels are treated with hot-dip galvanizing.

3. The electric lifting system consists of an electric motor, a winch, three groups of hot-dip galvanized steel wire ropes and cables. The lamp pole is installed in the body, and the lifting speed is 3 to 5 meters per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guiding wheels and guiding arms to ensure that the lamp panel does not move laterally during the lifting process, and to ensure that the lamp panel can be automatically detached and locked by the hook when the lamp panel is raised in place.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with 6-2 4 4 0 0 w-1 0 0 0 w metal halide (white light), flood light, flood light lamps, and the computer time controller can automatically control the switch light time and partial or full lighting.

6. Lightning protection system: a 1.5-meter-long lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and a 1-meter-long grounding wire is installed on the underground foundation and welded to the underground bolt.

The scope of use of high pole lights: city squares, stations, docks, freight yards, highways, stadiums, overpasses.

⊙ Classification of high pole lights ⊙

Generally can be divided into lifting type and non-lifting type. The height of the lifting main pole is generally more than 18 meters, and the electric lifting operation is convenient. After the lamp panel is raised to the working position, it can automatically take off the panel, hang the ditch, and unload the wire rope.

The lift-type high-pole lamp is equipped with manual and electric lift control modes, so that the lamp panel can be safely and reliably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, which is convenient for maintenance work. The length of the lead wire of the manual remote control device is 10 meters, and the operator controls the lifting of the lamp panel at a distance of 5 meters, which can ensure the personal safety of the operator. The lift-type high pole lamp is also equipped with a spare cable. When the lamp panel is lowered to the lowest position, one end of the cable is inserted into the socket of the electrical control system, and the other end is inserted into the junction box on the lamp panel, so that the lamp panel can be directly supplied with power , Overhaul lamps.

The sealing grade of all lamps of the lift-type high pole lamp is IP65 international standard to prevent the intrusion of dust and rainwater and ensure the service life of the bulb. The materials of the lamps are generally made of aluminum alloy plates with good corrosion resistance and stainless steel.

The high-pole lights we usually talk about are actually very different according to their use. The classification and name of the high-pole lights vary according to different occasions. For example, those used in wharves are called high-pole lights on piers, and those used in squares are called high-pole lights in squares. Named after this, there are port high-pole lights, airport high-pole lights, explosion-proof high-pole lights, stainless steel high-pole lights, and so on. It is generally considered that the street light poles that exceed 15 meters are called high pole lights, ranging from 15 to 40 meters. The commonly used ones are 15 meters, 18 meters, 20 meters, 25 meters, and 30 meters. The five specifications are the most common. Others are generally the specific height required by the customer to design, this is what we often call the high pole lamp divided by height.
