Yesterday, Taiwan announced that the integration of high-efficiency and energy-saving smart LED street lights, combined with the Internet of Things services of telecom operators, has been introduced into Linkou Industrial Zone, Young Lion Industrial Zone, Pingzhen Industrial Zone and Zhongli Industrial Zone in Taiwan. Under the framework of future smart cities and smart buildings, multiple sensors, controllers and terminal devices need to be connected to the Internet. Through cloud services, big data analysis and smart control, the energy efficiency of city or building operations can be effectively improved. Smart LED street lights are beginning to be applied to IoT applications in smart cities. Light poles can also be used as vehicles for other IoT hardware construction. In the future, it can be expanded to more products and services that Delta needs to be connected to, such as electric vehicle charging and environmental monitoring. and energy management. The smart LED street light integration plan is located in industrial areas such as Pingzhen. With this plan as a starting point, the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs announced the launch of the "New Power Saving Campaign" policy this year, aiming at the manufacturing, service industry and various agencies to provide equipment replacement subsidies. The total budget amounted to 15.9 billion yuan (NTD).
