Smart LED street lights are beginning to be applied to IoT applications in smart cities. Light poles can also be used as vehicles for other IoT hardware construction. The smart LED street light integration plan is located in industrial areas such as Pingzhen. With this plan as a starting point, the Taiwan Ministry of Economic Affairs announced the launch of the "New Power Saving Campaign" policy this year, aiming at the manufacturing, service industry and various agencies to provide equipment replacement subsidies. The total budget amounted to 15.9 billion yuan (NTD).
