Talking about the installation and construction standard of middle pole lamp and high pole lamp
1. The poles, lamp panels, wiring, and lifting motor mechanisms of middle pole lamps and high pole lamps should comply with the current industry standard "Technical Conditions for High Pole Lighting Facilities" (CJ/T3076-1998). Middle and high pole lighting facility structure.
2. The middle pole lamp and the high pole lamp should adopt three-phase power supply, and the three-phase load should be evenly distributed, and each circuit must be equipped with a protection device.
3. The elevation of the top surface of the foundation shall provide standard piles.
4. The excavation depth and size of the foundation pit should meet the design regulations. The allowable deviation of the depth of the foundation pit should be ten 100mm, -50mm. When the difference between the foundation pit depth and the designed pit depth due to soil quality is more than ten 100mm, the following regulations should be handled:
(1) When the deviation is +100mm, -50mm, stone paving and grouting should be used.
(2) When the deviation exceeds the specified value of +300mm or more, the portion exceeding +300mm can be treated by filling or tamping with sand or stone. The layered compaction thickness should not be greater than 100mm, and the compactness after compaction should not be lower than the original soil. Then use stone paving and grouting treatment. The concrete foundation of the high pole lamp is shown in the picture.
5. The length of the anchor bolts embedded in the concrete should be greater than 20 times its diameter, and the anchor bolts should be welded firmly to the main reinforcement, the anchor bolts should be rust-free, the threaded part should be protected, and the diameter of the center distribution of the foundation flange bolts should be the same as the base of the lamp pole. The diameter of the flange hole center distribution is the same, and the deviation should be smaller than that of the bolts. Double nuts and spring washers should be used.
6. The formwork for pouring concrete should be steel formwork. The surface should be flat and the joints should be tight. When supporting the formwork, it should meet the requirements of the basic design size. Before concrete is poured, the surface of the formwork should be coated with a release agent.
7. When pouring the foundation, it should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Specification for Design of Concrete Structures" (GB50010-2002).
8. Foundation pit backfilling shall meet the following requirements:
(1) For soil suitable for tamping, it should be tamped once every 300mm thickness of backfill, and the tamping degree should reach 80% of the original soil compactness.
(2) The water-saturated viscous soil that is not suitable for compaction should be filled in layers, and the density of the backfill should reach 80% of the original soil.
