Firstly, the prospects of solar energy will be described from two perspectives:
1.China: China is rich in solar energy resources, solar energy utilization has a broad prospect. At present, the scale of China's solar industry has ranked first in the world, and is the world's largest producer and user of solar water heaters and an important producer of solar photovoltaic cells. There are two relatively mature solar products in China: solar photovoltaic power generation systems and solar water heating systems.
2.America& others country: The National Renewable Energy Laboratory has developed the world's most efficient solar cell to date, with a maximum energy conversion efficiency of 47.1 percent. Although these conversion efficiency records are often broken, at least for now, a 47.1% conversion efficiency solar cell can be called the most efficient solar cell in the world.(News in 2020)
Russian scholars have also made impressive progress in solar pond research. A company will be its development of solar water jet propellers and jet cooling propellers and solar pond project combined, to the solar pond with ice tanks and other facilities, designed a new type of solar pond for agricultural homes. According to this design, a 70-square-meter solar pond built by a farming family of 6 to 8 people can meet the electricity needs of its 100-square-meter house for the whole year.
Israel's installed renewable energy capacity in 2012: 6.2 MW of wind energy, 8 MW of hydropower, 12 MW of biofuels, 0 MW of large solar thermal power plants, 7 MW of medium solar thermal power plants, and 218 MW of small photovoltaic panel power plants. It is expected that by 2015, to large solar thermal power plants will increase to 740 MW, medium-sized solar power plants to 330 MW, small photovoltaic panels power plants to 330 MW.
