1. Light utilization and high energy efficiency of lamps


Traditional fluorescent lamps are fully luminous on the luminous cylindrical surface, this feature is a big disadvantage for lamps installed on indoor ceilings. Because less than 40% of the light emitted by the fluorescent tube directly hits the work surface, and about 60% of the light reaches the work surface after being reflected by the reflector of the lamp, and the reflector of a good lamp is generally only 70% % reflection efficiency. At present, the luminous efficiency of high-efficiency tri-color fluorescent tubes is about 105lm/W. After adding the loss of high-efficiency electronic ballasts, the efficiency is about 95lm/W. After installing the lamp, the total efficiency of the lamp is only 72lm/W. However, when the current high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures output very comfortable light (color temperature 4000K daylight color; color rendering index ≥80, R9>10), the comprehensive lighting efficiency can reach 95lm/W~100lm/W, that is to say, In the future of ensuring light comfort, LED lamps have high luminous efficiency and high light utilization rate caused by directional light, so the efficiency of LED lamps has significantly exceeded that of traditional three-color fluorescent lamps.


2. The illumination uniformity of the blackboard lamp can meet the requirements


For primary and secondary school classrooms, the width of the blackboard is already determined (a single block is about 2 meters), and the length of traditional fluorescent tubes is also fixed according to international standards. The length is 1.5 meters. If you use traditional fluorescent lamps to illuminate the blackboard, you will find that with 2 T832W/36W lamps, due to the limitation of the length of the lamp tube, the illuminance and illuminance uniformity of the blackboard are far from GB50034-2013 or DB31/539- According to the requirements of 2011, if two T858W lamps are used for lighting, the illuminance uniformity index will be significantly improved, but there is still a large proportion of unqualified, and the energy efficiency index, the lighting power density of the classroom will increase, often not reaching 9W /m2 index value. Because the shape and light distribution of the light source can be arbitrary and accurate, LED lamps can meet the requirements of the illuminance and illuminance uniformity of the blackboard under the premise of ensuring that the lighting power density meets the requirements.


3. Long service life and low maintenance cost


The service life and maintenance cost of lighting fixtures are related to the overall situation of energy conservation and emission reduction and the construction of a conservation-minded society at the national level, because a shorter service life means an increase in energy consumption and pollution in the production process of lamps. For the user unit, it is related to the cost of material and manpower for use and maintenance. Although traditional fluorescent lamps have a lamp tube that claims to have a service life of (8000~10000) hours, due to the influence of the indicators of the ballast, the service life when maintaining more than 70% of the light output is only (6000~7000) hours. Basically need to replace the lamp. At present, LED lamps have a service life of (40,000 to 50,000) hours under the premise of maintaining more than 70% of the light output, and can only be replaced once every 5 years. At present, the cost of LED lamps is only 1.1~1.2 times the price of lamps with traditional light sources, so the cost performance has a very obvious advantage. The most obvious feature of LED lighting projects that have been used (3~5) years is the comprehensive maintenance cost. It is only about 20% of the traditional light source lamps.
