Tips for Growing Plants with Lights

  1. Plants with comparable lighting requirements should be grouped together so they may get the same quantity of light.
  2. To save expenditures, choose grow lights that suit your existing fixtures. Indoor plants may be placed under table lights. For groups of plants and seedlings, tube lights are appropriate.
  3. Select bulbs with changeable spectrum and/or intensity. To generate a cozy ambient light in your house instead, choose grow lights with a slightly warmer spectrum.
  4. So that your plants get the appropriate quantity of light each day, put your grow lights on a timer. Built-in timers are included in many grow lamps. Use plugin timers for regular, steady illumination if they don't.

The simplest approach to add additional light to your house is to install a grow lamp inside your existing light fixture. Desk lights, reading lamps, etc. are included in this.

Because they are too distant from your plants, ceiling fixtures and wall sconces are often not the best places for grow lights. Install lighting fixtures in your home's gloomy spaces or wherever that your plants need light.
