   There are also public information showing that at the end of 2011, with the support of the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission officially launched a special project for international cooperation on climate change. Through the establishment of special working funds, LED lights and other energy-saving and low-carbon products will be presented to African countries and other developing countries within 3 years; to this year, Zimbabwe in Africa has also begun to adopt LED street lights.    It is worth mentioning that Philips plans to invest 1.2 million euros to build 100 solar-powered LED lighting centers in rural African communities, each of which is the size of a small football field, to solve the problem of no electricity lighting in rural Africa.
