1. The solder quality of LED light strips is not good, and the solder joints of LED flexible light strips are brittle and fall off during the bending process.
2. The solder joints of the LED light strip have a phenomenon of virtual welding. The vibration during transportation causes the solder joints to fall off and the light strip does not light up. In this case, you can add some solder joints yourself.
3. The packaging protection of the LED light strip is not perfect, causing the lamp beads to be damaged by impact during transportation. When transporting, remember to pack it well, and you can add one or two layers of shock-proof cotton to reduce bumps during transportation.
4. The amount of solder on the LED strip is small, and the solder joints fall off. Therefore, it is required to strictly install the standard when producing LED light strips.
5. The solder mask layer of the LED light strip circuit board is too thick, and the solder and the circuit board cannot be completely fused together during welding, which is also a phenomenon of virtual welding.
6. Excessive extrusion of the product during the installation of the LED light strip will cause the LED flexible light strip chip to be damaged or the solder joints to deform and fall off and not light up.
7. When the LED light strip is installed, the bending angle is too large, which causes the solder joint of the LED flexible light strip to separate from the copper foil, resulting in no light.
