Operating Voltage

  The working current of T8 LED fluorescent tube is avoided. Generally, the recommended working voltage of LED is 3.0-3.5V. After testing, most of them work at 3.125V, so the calculation formula of 3.125V is more reasonable. The total voltage of M lamp beads in series = 3.125* M

1. Installation: LED comes with a constant current source, no rectifier or starter is needed. Generally, for lamps above T8, because the lamp space is large enough, the constant current source can be installed in the lamp. Therefore, during installation, the rectifier and starter in the original bracket can be removed without use, and the lamp tube can be installed directly.

2. Voltage: Although Benwei fluorescent lamp has a wide voltage adaptability, it can work normally for AC 85V-AC 245V. But the long-term voltage is too high or too low, it will affect the power factor of the constant current source, that is to say, it will have a slight impact on the energy-saving effect. At the same time, it will also affect the life of the constant current source. Therefore, it is generally necessary to choose a fluorescent tube with a suitable voltage. For example, where the mains power is 110V, we should use our specially designed 110 mains fluorescent tubes.

3. Heat dissipation: The fluorescent lamp produced by Benwei is equipped with an aluminum heat dissipation shell. Under normal circumstances, there is no problem with heat dissipation. However, if it is used in a place with heavy dust, it should be cleaned regularly to prevent dust from covering the radiator and affecting heat dissipation.

4. Waterproof: LED fluorescent tube is composed of upper and lower parts: the upper part is an aluminum radiator, and the lower part is a diffuser. There are gaps in the connection. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent oil smoke and water vapor from entering. If it is used in a place with heavy smoke and water vapor, it is recommended to add a protective cover. A general protective cover will do.

5. Vibration: LED fluorescent lamp has strong anti-vibration ability. As long as it is not a violent impact, it will generally not cause damage. But it may affect the diffuser to some extent. The traditional fluorescent lamp is made of glass, and the inside is close to a vacuum. Vibration may cause an explosion. Pay special attention to the vibration.
