6 professional terms of led tube light you must know
LED tube has some professional terms that we need to understand, after understanding we can choose a good LED tube
1. Illuminance (E): The number of luminous flux per unit area, which indicates the illuminance of a certain place. The unit lux (lux) 1lux is llm/m2. Symbol: E.
An illuminance meter can be purchased in the market, the price is not expensive about 120 yuan, it is very helpful to test the illuminance of the led tube. Langte illuminance can reach 615lux
2. Luminance (L): The luminous flux emitted by a unit projected by a light source in a certain direction in a unit solid angle is called the luminous flux of the light source in a certain direction. Unit: cd/m2 (candela per square meter). Symbol: L.
Luminous efficiency (η): that is, the luminous efficiency of the light source, that is, the ratio of the luminous flux (φ) emitted by the light source to the electric power P consumed by the light source. Unit: lm/w. The larger the value, the better the LED tube will do. At present, Langte can achieve 100LM/w. The output power/input power can also be measured.
3. LED tube efficiency: the ratio of the luminous flux value emitted by the lamp measured under the specified conditions to the sum of the measured value of the luminous flux emitted by the lamp. It is an important standard to measure the energy used by lamps.
4. Color temperature (K): expressed in absolute temperature K (kelvin), which means heating a standard black body, and when the temperature rises to a certain level, the color starts to change from red-light red-orange-white-blue- —White—Blue gradually changes. When the color of the light emitted by the light source is the same as the color radiated by the "black body" at a certain temperature, the temperature of the "black body" is called the color temperature of the light source. The higher the color temperature, the higher the blue component, and the higher the red component. Unit: K (Kelvin). Symbol: K. Put the led tube into the integrating sphere to test it out. From 2800k-3000k-4000k-6000k-7000k, the color becomes lighter and lighter, gradually becoming cooler
5. Luminous flux (φ): the sum of visible light emitted by the light source, which represents the ability of the light source to emit light. Unit: lm (lumens), symbol: φ. Can be tested by integrating sphere
6. Light intensity (l): The intensity of visible light emitted within a certain direction angle, which represents the law of light source distribution. Unit: cd (candela). Symbol l: l The spatial distribution of light intensity is usually represented by a light distribution curve, so it is also called a light distribution curve.
