Attention should be paid to the lighting energy-saving renovation of indoor badminton halls in stadiums
1. The light source layout should be reasonable
Seizing the opportunity of energy-saving lighting transformation can make up for the irrationality of the original light source layout. The KXD brand's 6U energy-saving lamps actually consume 60 watts. Even if 2 to 3 lamps are used to replace the original metal halide lamps, it is only one-eighth of the 400 metal halide lamps (the actual power consumption exceeds 530 watts). , The power saving effect is very obvious, which provides a lot of space for increasing or adjusting the number of light sources to improve the bright and dark spots formed by sparse lighting. As shown in the picture on the left, the light source can be arranged in the side gap of the two courts to remove the light source of the front and rear courts. This not only reduces the interference of high-altitude glare, it may be affected by this service, but also improves the lighting conditions. Under normal circumstances, the 8 lights on the left and right sides of the stadium can fully meet the requirements of use. If you add 2 lights to the network accessory, you can meet the requirements of the game. The ground illuminance value can reach 500Lx or higher (depending on the suspension height and lamp voltage).
2. Industrial-grade high-quality fluorescent lamps (energy-saving lamps) should be used
Almost all badminton halls and tennis halls use high-altitude hoisting as a light source. When replacing the light source, unless professional venues are equipped with lifting platforms and other equipment, ordinary venues usually use simple rock climbing equipment, and the maintenance cost of the light source is very high. Therefore, gymnasiums have high requirements on the reliability of the light sources used. The life of light sources such as metal halide lamps is about 4000 hours, and the life of ordinary civilian U-tube fluorescent lamps (energy-saving lamps) is 4 to 5000 hours. The specially designed KXD industrial-grade high-frequency fluorescent lamp has a service life of more than 15,000 hours. Moreover, due to the strict quality control of the color temperature of the lamp, the dispersion error is small. Even if the lamps are not the same batch, as shown in the lower right picture, the use of cheap integrated energy-saving lamps will not cause obvious color difference.
3. Change a wide range of switch control modes
From the perspective of energy saving and convenient maintenance, the switch control design of the light source should be flexible and convenient. Change the original extended control mode of one or more rows of lights that share a switch to hierarchical control. The user can flexibly control the opening and closing of the light source in a certain area according to the on-site usage, further reducing energy consumption.
