      The floodlight is composed of 3 parts: optical parts, mechanical parts and electrical parts. The optical components are mainly reflectors and light-shielding grids that limit light. The mechanical parts are mainly the housing, and the focusing mechanism for fixing and adjusting the position of the light source, the bracket and the base for fixing the lamp, and the parts with angle indication to adjust the beam projection direction of the lamp.


      Most of them are enclosed floodlights, and the mechanical parts include protective glass and various sealing rings. According to the needs of the use environment, some also have a metal mesh cover. The floodlight with good performance is also equipped with an air filter. The electrical components are mainly ballasts, capacitors, triggers (designed according to the needs of the light source), etc.


      High-power project-light lamps (LED project-light lamps) are also called spotlights, projection lamps, spotlights, etc. They are mainly used for architectural decorative lighting and commercial space lighting. The decorative components are heavier and their appearance There are round and square ones, because heat dissipation generally has to be considered, so there are still some differences between their appearance and traditional floodlights.


       The brand of flood light has bright colors, good monochromaticity, soft light, low power, long life, and light-emitting time of up to 50,000 hours. In addition, its LED floodlight lamp body is small, easy to hide or install, not easy to damage, no heat radiation, beneficial to protect the illuminated object, and has a wide range of applications. The lamps are equipped with a scale plate to facilitate adjustment of the illumination angle. The LED floodlight is controlled by a built-in microchip. In small-scale engineering applications, it can be used without a controller, and can achieve gradation, jump, color flashing, random flashing, and gradual alternation. Dynamic effects such as chasing and scanning can also be achieved through DMX control.


        Performance characteristics: 1. The floodlight manufacturer adopts the internal and external anti-vibration structure design, which effectively solves the problems of the strong vibration causing the bulb to fall off, the bulb life is shortened, and the bracket is broken. 2. Using high-efficiency gas discharge lamp as the light source, the bulb has a long service life of more than 10,000 hours, which is especially suitable for outdoor large-area unattended lighting. 3. It has good electromagnetic compatibility and will not cause electromagnetic interference to the surrounding environment. 4. The overall heat dissipation of the lamp is good, which can reduce the probability of failure.
