From the central to the local, all attach importance to the led industry
Two documents issued by the central government: "Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Industries" and "Notice on Strengthening Work to Ensure the Realization of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Targets and Tasks in 2013", to cultivate leading enterprises, promote key green lighting energy-saving projects, and promote High-efficiency and energy-saving lighting products have put forward specific goals and measures.
The "Guidelines for the Development of Key Common Technologies in the Industry (2013)" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology clearly stated that key technologies such as LED chips and phosphors should be used as key common technologies in the industry to implement the State Council’s innovation-driven strategy.
After abolishing the original “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for the LED industry at the beginning of this year, Shenzhen renewed the comprehensive promotion of LEDs in the newly adopted “Three-year Action Plan for Energy Conservation Work in Shenzhen’s Public Institutions during the “Twelfth Five-Year” Period (2013-2015). Lighting fixtures have attracted the attention of the industry.
Anhui Province also listed semiconductor lighting industrialization and application projects as key projects in the "Notice of the Development Plan for Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry in Anhui Province".
Relevant policies focus on the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, including two documents issued by the central government and the "Notice of the Development Plan for Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry" of Anhui Province. All three documents clearly propose to promote the development of semiconductor lighting and propose specific target measures.
