1. The requirements of the light source for the light festival on the heat sink.


Appearance and raw materials: If the sealing requirements of the product are not high, there may be direct convection with the outside air environment. Aluminum or copper heat sinks are more recommended.


2. Useful heat dissipation surface area of lamp pole and lamp base lamp:


Regarding holiday lights, 1W high-power LED white light (other colors are basically the same), radiators are usually used for heat dissipation, and the total surface area is ≥ 50 square centimeters. For 3W products, it is recommended that the effective heat dissipation surface area of the radiator is greater than or equal to 150 square centimeters. Depending on conditions and experimental results, higher power will be added. Try to ensure that the temperature of the heatsink does not exceed 60°C.


3. LED high-power connection method of festival light source:


When connecting the high-power LED substrate of the holiday light to the heat sink, please ensure that the touch surfaces on both sides are flat, so that the two touch surfaces fit better. It is recommended to apply a layer of thermal grease on the bottom of the bottom plate of the holiday light or on the surface of the heat sink to conduct heat. Need to apply silicone grease evenly and then fix with screws.
