How does the classroom eye protection lamp provide the classroom high-quality lighting environment
At present, the rate of myopia among teenagers ranks first in the world, and the rate of myopia among elementary school students is more than 45%. In the experiment of the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Research on Healthy Lighting of Classrooms Based on Photobiological Effects", it is shown that the lighting of school classrooms directly affects students' vision health.
From the clear instructions of the state leaders on the "myopia problem" in 2018 to the two sessions in 2019, the "small glasses" became "big concerns" during the two sessions. Currently, students are in the summer vacation.
At present, the main problems existing in the classroom lighting environment:
1. Classroom lighting does not follow the national standards to configure the lamps, there is no standard installation and the maintenance quality is not ideal;
2. The lighting distribution in the classroom is unreasonable, resulting in poor uniformity of the desktop illuminance in the same classroom (the difference in illuminance between the south and north classrooms is even greater);
3. Newly built school, classroom illumination is too high. However, after the old school classroom lamps were aging, the illuminance dropped severely, but they could not be replaced in time;
4. In the south-facing classroom, the sunlight directly shines on the student's desktop during the day, which seriously affects the visual environment of the classroom and so on.
In response to these problems, the Ministry of Education and other departments have formulated the "Implementation Plan for the Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Myopia in Children and Adolescents", which requires families, schools, medical and health institutions, students, and relevant government departments to take prevention and control measures; clarify that by 2030, strive to achieve national The overall myopia rate of children and adolescents will be reduced by more than 0.5% per year on the basis of 2018, and in provinces with a high incidence of myopia, it will be reduced by more than 1% per year.
The "Plan" clarifies the requirements of schools to improve the visual environment: improve teaching facilities and conditions, encourage the purchase of standard adjustable desks, chairs and sitting orthotics, and provide students with a learning environment that meets the requirements for eye hygiene, strictly in accordance with ordinary primary and secondary schools , Secondary vocational school construction standards, implement lighting and lighting requirements for classrooms, dormitories, libraries (reading rooms), etc., use lighting equipment that is conducive to healthy eyesight, and the school classroom lighting hygiene standard rate is 100%.
Because students are staring at close range during the learning process, in order to better adapt to the light in the classroom, the human visual organs will adjust by themselves, which makes the eye muscles excessively tense. On the other hand, students’ study time is too long, the work pressure is too great, and they study for a long time in a classroom lighting environment with poor lighting, which will cause visual and physiological diseases, which will lead to myopia.
