How to configure lamps and light sources for factory lighting


     Factory lighting must meet the needs of production and inspection. The factory lamp lighting system of the factory building is usually divided into two categories: tall buildings with a height of 15 meters or more, generally use gas discharge lamps as ceiling light sources, and use narrow beam lamps to be hoisted on the roof truss Last chord.


    Enterprise lighting fixtures should follow the following principles:

1. Convenient maintenance and safe use should be considered.

In workshops with explosive gas or dust, dustproof, waterproof or explosion-proof led lamps should be used. Control switches should not be installed in the same place. Explosion-proof switches should be used when they need to be installed in the same place.

2. For humid indoor and outdoor places, closed luminaires with crystal water outlets or open luminaires with waterproof ports should be used.

 LED floodlights should be used in hot and dusty places.

3. Indoors with corrosive gas and particularly humid, sealed led lamps should be used, the parts of the lamps should be treated with anti-corrosion, and the switchgear should be equipped with protective devices.

3. In dusty rooms, completely enclosed led lamps should be used.

 In workshops where the lamps may be mechanically damaged, LED lamps with protective nets should be used; in vibration locations (such as locations with forging bells, air compressors, and bridge cranes), LED lamps with anti-vibration devices should be used.

 In sealed lamps and bulbs larger than 150 watts, bakelite bases should not be used, but porcelain bases should be used. The purpose is to prevent high temperature aging


   Floodlight fluorescent lamps can be installed on the wall and column, and the two are combined to ensure the required illuminance on the working surface. In general factory buildings, high-power LED fluorescent lamps should be used as the main light source, and the arrangement of the lamps can be vertical or parallel to the beam.
