It is generally installed at the top of the roadway. When installing and removing cables, first open the lampshade, cut off the power supply, and then open the top cover. The sealing ring of the described device can be used for фф10≥5mm or ф14mm cable. If you use other specifications of the cable, please match the corresponding inner diameter of the sealing ring. When connecting the wire and the terminal, attention should be paid to keep the electrical clearance ≥5 mm. When only one lead-in device is used, the other one must be blocked by a metal baffle. Connect the power wire to the terminals of the terminal block and the ground wire to the ground screw. Be sure to tighten the flat washers, spring washers and nuts to prevent loosening. The pressure plate can prevent the power cord from loosening and falling off. Put the light cover back in place, thread the power cord through the cable crimp fitting and the connection seal, then tighten the cable crimp fitting so that the cable seal seals tightly. The transparent cover assembly has been connected as a whole with screws according to the explosion-proof requirements before leaving the factory, and generally does not need to be disassembled during use and maintenance. After the upper and lower shells are engaged, tighten the set screws; otherwise, loosen the set screws before opening the transparent cover assembly. When using, pay attention to check the rubber gasket between the transparent cover and the protective grille. If there is aging phenomenon, it should be replaced in time.
troubleshooting
1. The maintenance of mine explosion-proof lamps should be carried out by specialized maintenance personnel or trained and qualified personnel, and shall not be dismantled without permission. It is forbidden to dismantle the parts of the underground roadway light.
2. Do not disassemble all parts of the street light without authorization. After damage, new parts of the same type should be purchased, and parts from other manufacturers or other types should not be replaced. Symptoms: The light does not turn on, no voltage is applied, the power cable is disconnected or the internal wiring of the roadway light is disconnected, and the LED or driver circuit board is burned out. Check power input, close control switches, find and troubleshoot cables, replace roadway lights. If the shell is damaged, the street lamp shell and explosion-proof outlet box are damaged by external force, replace the street lamp.
Precautions for mine explosion-proof lamps
1. When installing and maintaining lamps, the power supply must be cut off. Electric work is strictly prohibited.
2. During use, the surface of the lamp has a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon; the temperature in the middle of the transparent sheet is high, so it must not be touched.
3. If the external flexible cable or cord of this lamp is damaged, the flexible cord should be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a qualified person.
