How to install spotlights in commercial lighting
1 Track spotlight
Spotlight is a kind of luminaire with strong light direction and high concentration. Its light effect is mainly aimed at a certain object, which can emphasize the texture of the object, and can also be used for lighting and lighting to enhance the atmosphere.
Commercial shop windows and display areas often use rail spotlights as accent lighting to highlight the texture of the goods. Track spotlights can generally adjust the projection direction of 355° horizontally and 90° vertically. The projection is very flexible and is widely used in shops, restaurants, exhibition halls, museums, automobile 4S shop exhibition areas and other places.
Installation of rail spotlights:
The installation of the track spotlight requires the installation of the guide rail on the ceiling first. In addition to the guide rail, the installation accessories of the track spotlight also have a connection head. There are three types of common guide rails: two-wire guide rail, three-wire guide rail and four-wire guide rail. There are multiple types of connection heads, such as + type, T type, I type, and L type. After the track is installed, install the lamp body into the track and adjust it for lighting.
Notice:
1. After unpacking the track, remove the wiring cover. For the convenience of installation, connect a section of power cord at the wiring place, the longer the better.
2. When installing the track, if the roof of the roof is made of wood or iron keel, it can be directly nailed and drilled, and the slide can be installed directly. For the sake of beauty, first make a small hole at the junction box to lead the power cord into the roof.
3. If most of the suspended ceilings in a shopping mall are made of gypsum board, they cannot be firmly fixed. A simple and reliable method is to use an airplane to swell the plug. Some shopping malls also require perforated lower hanging ribs (harnesses).
2 Recessed spotlight
As the name implies, the recessed spotlight is a kind of spotlight that needs to dig a slot of the corresponding size in the ceiling according to the size of the lamp face ring, and embed the lamp body into the ceiling. Mainly used for accent lighting, to highlight commodities, or lighting to enhance the atmosphere.
The application of embedded spotlights in commercial lighting is very common and mature.
Installation of embedded spotlights:
The big feature of the built-in spotlight is that it can maintain the overall unity and perfection of the architectural decoration. Because of its installation method, it can be seamlessly integrated with the ceiling, and it is visually more tidy and beautiful. However, since the main body of the embedded spotlight is embedded in the wall, once the main body is damaged, it will be difficult to repair, so there are extremely high requirements for the service life of the lamp.
In general, the projection direction of the embedded spotlight head is freely adjustable. Compared with the downlight, its application is more flexible.
Notice:
1. Look at the high and low pressure. There are two types of LED spotlights, 12V power supply voltage and 220V power supply voltage. If it is 220V power supply voltage, there is no need to add a transformer, as the lamp has a built-in transformer. If it is 12V power supply, an additional 12V power supply is required. Generally, AC and DC are acceptable, but you can never directly connect to a 220V power supply.
2. Spotlights generally cannot be used to illuminate wool fabrics at close range, nor can there be flammable obstacles at close range, otherwise it will easily cause a fire.
