How to repair the battery?
1. Battery series repair method: This method can be used when the nominal voltage of a single battery is lower than 12V. For example, there are 6V 4Ah batteries on the market that can be used to charge emergency lights, and the single output of the tester is 12V. At this time, two 6V batteries can be connected in series and connected to the tester for sulfur repair.
2. Output combination method: For batteries that have been discharged for a long time or batteries with serious self-discharge and serious vulcanization, we cannot use the methods of replenishing water and charging recovery. The output combination method is better for severely vulcanized batteries. When using this method, the charging current is preferably 5A. Because of the superposition of repair functions, the repair negative pulse current is greater than the positive pulse, and 5A is selected to compensate for the offset of the charging current generated thereby.
3. Activation charging method: In fact, during the storage or use of the battery, we can regularly activate it, which is the so-called equalization charging, which is very helpful for the irreversible vulcanization of the battery, because it can prolong the life of the battery. It's a very recommended approach. In general, we use the tester to regularly charge-discharge-charge the battery.
4. Heating method: For batteries that have been left for a long time, the electrolyte will naturally become seriously dry. This heating method can be used if the customer is in urgent need of repair. First, after replenishing the battery to be repaired, in order to speed up the penetration of the electrolyte into the battery and its own chemical reaction, then we soak the replenished battery in hot water at 70°C, and finally take out the battery for normal repair work. .
