Installation steps of LED high bay light (hoisting)
1. Set the hook in advance at the location where the high bay light needs to be installed. It should be noted that the hook should be used together with the lifting ring, and the bearing capacity should be more than 30Kg when the hook is installed.
2. Insert the lifting ring on the LED high bay light into the set hook, and hoist the lamp through the lifting ring;
3. Connect the power cord drawn from the scene to the power cord of the lamp, connect it according to the wiring principle of the lamp, and do waterproof and insulation treatment;
4. After turning on the power, observe whether the LED high bay light can work normally. After confirming that the light is on, the installation is complete.
Installation requirements for LED industrial and mining lamps
1. First of all, check whether the LED high bay light is complete or not and the accessories are complete.
2. When installing or replacing the accessories of the LED high bay light, pay attention to the power supply must be disconnected first. When connecting the power supply, pay attention to the adaptation of the input voltage and the high bay light. After the power cord is connected, be sure to do the corresponding waterproof and insulation treatment.
3. The connection on the LED industrial and mining lamps can be passed through the drill hole and the connection behind the lamp can be fixed with wire clips to ensure firmness.
4. It should be noted that the power cord of the lamp needs to be of sufficient length and should not be subjected to tension or tangential force. When installing the connection of lamps, avoid excessive pulling force, and do not knot the connection. Pay attention to distinguish the output connection, and do not confuse it with other lamps.
5. The distance between the product and flammable materials should be at least 0.2m, and the zenith to be installed should have a gap of 2 cm high.
