Incandescent lamp


The incandescent lamp is equipped with tungsten filament, the luminous efficiency is 10-15lm/w, the color temperature is about 2800K, the color rendering is good, and the rated life is 1000 hours. China has a series of products with different power from 15w to 1000w. There are two types of lamp holders: screw type and bayonet type. It is often used for indoor general lighting, and can also be used for outdoor lighting with lower illuminance requirements. Tungsten halogen lamp


Tungsten halogen lamps are equipped with tungsten filaments and filled with a certain amount of iodine and bromine or their compounds. The tungsten halogen lamp uses the principle of tungsten halogen cycle chemical reaction, which greatly reduces the evaporation of tungsten filament and the degree of blackening of the bulb. The luminous efficiency and rated life of halogen tungsten lamps are higher than that of incandescent lamps. Tungsten halogen lamps are often made into tubes with small size, power 35w~1000w, color temperature 2700~3300k, good color rendering, rated life of about 1500 hours, stable luminous flux. It is mostly used for indoor accent lighting.


Fluorescent lamp


Fluorescent lamp is a good indoor lighting source, and its luminous efficiency is much higher than that of incandescent lamps, generally 30-60lm/w, and high luminous efficiency can reach 90lm/w. The light colors of fluorescent lamps are daylight, cool white and warm white. The high color-rendering fluorescent lamp uses three-primary-color phosphors, the color rendering index can reach 80 or more, and the life span is 1500-5000 hours. Corresponding ballasts and starters should be equipped when in use. High-color-rendering fluorescent lamps are mostly used for lighting in printing and dyeing factories, printing houses, shopping malls and TV studios with high color-rendering requirements. The power of the straight tube fluorescent lamp ranges from 6w to 40w, up to 125w. This kind of lamp is most suitable for lighting in building halls, large shops and precision processing workshops. In order to improve the lighting performance, special-shaped fluorescent lamps (such as circular fluorescent lamps) can be used as the light source. Newly created compact energy-saving fluorescent lamps with small size and high luminous efficiency are also widely used in indoor lighting.

Gas discharge lamp


The general term for high-intensity gas discharge lamps, high-pressure mercury lamps, metal halide lamps, and high-pressure sodium lamps. This type of lamp has high power, high luminous efficiency, long life, compact structure and small size. Most of them are used for outdoor lighting in roads, squares, sports fields, etc., as well as indoor lighting in middle and high ceiling factories, stadiums, auditoriums and large shopping malls.


①High-pressure mercury lamps: including fluorescent high-pressure mercury lamps and self-ballasted high-pressure mercury lamps. The power ranges from 50w to 1000w, the luminous efficiency is 40-50lm/w, the color rendering index is 40-45, and the rated life is 5000 hours.


②Metal halide lamp: similar to a high-pressure mercury lamp, metal halide is added to the luminous tube, so the luminous efficiency is increased to 60-120lm/w, the color rendering index is increased to 60-85, and the rated life is 7000-10000 hours.


③High-pressure sodium lamp: high-pressure sodium vapor discharge lamp, the light is golden white, the luminous efficiency is as high as 90-140lm/w, the color temperature is about 2000K, the color rendering is poor, the color rendering index is 20-25, the rated life is 12000 hours, and the power is 35 ~1000w.


Low-pressure sodium lamp low-pressure sodium vapor discharge lamp, the light is pure yellow, the luminous efficiency is as high as 130-200lm/w, the power is 18-200w, the color rendering is poor, and it is suitable for road lighting.


Semiconductor fluorescent lamp


In the development of white color high-power LEDs, the basic properties between ordinary LEDs and white color LEDs are mixed, and the advantages of ordinary LEDs are mistakenly transferred to white color LEDs. It is mistaken that the service life and luminous efficiency of white color LEDs can be Like ordinary LEDs, its luminous efficiency is overestimated, and its function is deified in the field of electric light sources.
