LED lamp electronic wire silicone wire specifications
LED lamps need to use a lot of electronic wires in the production process, and they must be understood before they can be selected. For example, indoor LED lamps such as LED tubes, LED downlights, LED ceiling lights, and LED panel lights, because of their low power, the wire length is smaller. For outdoor LED lamps, LED high bay lights, LED street lights, LED flood lights and other high-power wires will have different lines.
1. Silicone wire
Silicone wire has excellent high temperature and low temperature resistance, and has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, moisture resistance, and adhesion resistance. The colors are white, red, black, blue, green, and yellow. Silicone wire is mainly used in lighting appliances, electric heating appliances, instruments, etc. Silicone wire is generally required to pass ULVW-1 test and FT1 test.
The use of silicone wire
Electronic silicone wire is generally used as the internal wire of lighting appliances. For example, in the T8 LED fluorescent tube and T5 LED fluorescent tube, the power output to the led lamp board line uses silicone wire.
2. Electronic wire
Electronic wire is an abbreviation for the internal wire of electrical equipment, and the energization is mainly based on strong current. There are currently three standards for electronic wires circulating in the market, namely UL standards, 3C standards, and VDE standards. The UL standard wire gauge is based on AWG, and the 3C standard and VDE standard wire gauge are based on mm². Domestic electronic wire manufacturers mainly produce according to 3C standards and UL standards. According to different materials, electronic wires can be divided into PVC (polyvinyl chloride) electronic wires, SRPVC (semi-rigid polyvinyl chloride) electronic wires, XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) electronic wires, etc. Electronic wires are mainly used in mechanical equipment, lamps, electronic products, computers, household appliances, high temperature and high voltage equipment, substation cabinets, distribution boxes, transformers, etc. The appearance of the electronic wire and the content of the certificate check are shown in Figure 1-13.
(1) The screen printing on the surface of the insulating layer of the electronic wire should be clear and identifiable, and the fonts should not be blurred, incomplete, or weird in one piece.
(2) The immersion tin part of the electronic wire must meet the requirements of product specifications, engineering drawings and orders.
(3) Electronic wire rods are not allowed to exhibit such unfavorable phenomena as long or short conductor parts with diffuse tin, leakage, wire bifurcation, severely accumulated conductors sticking to each other, and large-area burnout of insulating glue.
3. Teflon wire
The insulation layer of the Teflon wire is made of fluoroplastics, which has high temperature resistance. Teflon is used in the internal lines of microwave ovens, electronic disinfection cabinets, rice cookers, electronic hot water bottles, lamps, etc.
