2. LED is an electronic component that is very sensitive to static electricity. The photoelectric performance of the lamp bead that is broken down by static electricity will be seriously affected, which will affect the life of the lamp bead. Therefore, all operators and positions who want to touch the lamp bead must wear anti-static gloves. Ring (preferably wired); all production equipment that needs to come into contact with LED must be reliably grounded, such as: shaping machine, angle bending machine, foot cutting machine, soldering iron, tin furnace, wave soldering machine and workbench, etc., necessary The ion fan can be added in the place where the ionizer is installed; all equipments are connected to the main grounding line, and the main grounding line should be buried 3 meters under the moist soil through the connecting copper plate to achieve reliable grounding and eliminate the damage to the LED lights caused by static electricity on people and equipment as much as possible .
3. Temperature also has a great influence on the life of the LED. The rated current of the low-power in-line white LED lamp bead is 20mA, so in actual use, the working current of the same series circuit cannot be higher than 20mA. During normal operation, the current Controlling at 15-18mA is reasonable. If the current is too large, the brightness of the LED will increase in a short period of time, but at the same time, the PN junction temperature of the LED will also increase. If the temperature is high, the attenuation of the LED will be accelerated; if the current is too small, the temperature of the PN junction inside the LED will be low, which will delay the attenuation, but cannot reach the The actual brightness of the LED, so it is necessary to control the size of the working current.
4. The forward voltage of low-power white LEDs is generally between 3.0-3.4V. For lamp beads with higher requirements, they are classified according to 0.1V (or 0.2V) in the color separation, that is, 3.0-3.1- 3.2-3.3-3.4V (3.0-3.2-3.4V), the voltage in the same bag is controlled within 0.1V (or 0.2V), which is clearly marked in the VF column on the label, and the The WL column indicates the box number of the spectroscopic color separation. The same box number represents the same color. Generally, the same batch of goods are issued with box numbers with similar color and color temperature. In the process of plug-in and use, it is best to divide the voltage and the box number to separate the plug-in. After using up one box number, then use the next adjacent box number (parameter), so as to ensure that the color and brightness of the same lamp are the same.
