Road lighting construction method
1. Positioning and stakeout: According to the construction drawings and site conditions, determine the installation position of the street lamp on the basis of the design lamp position spacing, and mark the lamp position on the curb.
2. Ditching and light foundation: Centering on the distance from the curb, excavating a 60cm wide and no less than 86cm cable pipe pre-buried trench (95cm for crossing the street). The basic size of a street lamp with a height of 14 meters is 100*100*180CM, the basic size of a street lamp with a height of 30 meters is 950*5600*2600CM, and the basic size of a 35-meter-high street lamp is 1100*6000*2600CM.
3. Laying of pipelines and grounding bodies: Φ63CPVC for road lighting cables through the special pipe for street lights, buried depth of 0.7m for cable lines laid on sidewalks and green belts, and non-excavated MPP pipes for cables to pass through the street. MPP pipe underground
The design of the path should fully consider the underground rock and soil quality, and minimize the crossing with various underground facilities. To prevent and avoid damage to the MPP casing and cable lines, the non-excavation depth should be determined according to the design and road elevation, not the temporary elevation of the ground, to ensure that the actual construction is consistent with the design. When directional drilling and directional drilling, the degree of bending of the aperture should meet the requirements of the minimum bending radius of the cable and MPP pipe. In the case of trenchless reaming, the diameter of the hole should be 1.2-1.5 times the outer diameter of the casing according to the underground geological conditions. Avoid small hole diameter that is not conducive to casing pull-in and excessively large hole diameter. In the construction of squeezed casing, the drilling pressure and pump volume should be adjusted in time according to the changes in the formation, and technical measures should be taken to ensure that the hole diameter is uniform and the inner wall is smooth and flat. When the cable traction is laid through the MPP pipe, the cable should be used as a traction head, and measures should be taken to minimize the friction and wear of the cable. There are guards at both ends of the cable. Prevent cable damage. After the cable is inserted into the MPP tube, it does not need to be strictly straightened, it should be loosened into a wave shape. After the pipe expansion is completed, measures should be taken to prevent masonry, hard blocks, etc. from being drawn into the hole. After the cable is laid, the MPP pipe should be plugged to prevent water leakage.
