T8 led tube inspection standard
1. Visual inspection of T8 led tube
skills requirement:
The lamp bead surface, PCB, aluminum substrate board are clean and tidy, and the solder joints are full and smooth, and the soldering is flat and firm. There is no solder penetration, virtual soldering, splashing, etc.
The overall appearance surface has no deformation, oil stains, bruises, scratches, dirt, no attachments
No skewing or looseness of the lamp cap and lamp feet. The surface is smooth, no rust, oxidation, and copper needles are not tilted.
All fastening screws should be tightened, the edges should be free of burrs and sharp edges, and the screws should not slip
The assembly should be complete, in place, without blunt gaps, no colloid flowing out between the lamp cap and the lamp tube, no loosening when the whole lamp is shaken vigorously, and no abnormal noise
The glue between the lamp cap and the lamp tube must be firmly bonded. After the glue is dry, the lamp cap cannot be opened with bare hands.
The lamp cap should be fixed on both ends of the lamp in an upright position. The pins on the finished lamp head should be able to be installed smoothly through the corresponding lamp holder without being twisted.
All parts should be positioned and installed, firm and reliable, and there should be no looseness; rotating parts should be able to rotate flexibly, have good contact, and have no axial movement
The whole lamp has no deformation, no wear marks, no damage, no oil stains
Soft light PC cover, clean appearance, no scratches, no different colors
Whole light inspection:
The G13 lamp holder meets the size requirements of IEC 60061-1 (XM-5i, once it meets the 7006 -44 and 7006-45 gauge tests of IEC 60061 -3
The color of the surface of the lamp tube should be uniform, the coating film should be smooth, the thickness should be uniform, and there should be no sagging, accumulation, bottoming, wrinkles and other defects that affect the appearance.
2. T8 led tube dimensions (length check):
The shape and size of the main T8led tube should be consistent with the installation size of the straight tube fluorescent lamp for general lighting, and meet the installation requirements of the straight tube fluorescent lamp for general lighting.
The total length of the 60cm lamp tube is 588 ± 0.5mm
The total length of the 90cm lamp tube is 894 ± 0.5mm
The total length of the 120m lamp tube is 1198 ± 0.5mm
When measuring the diameter of the T8led tube, the accuracy of the measuring tool should not be less than 0.1mm; when measuring the length of the lamp, the accuracy of the measuring tool should not be less than 0.2mm
