LED panel light structure design

1. LED back light panel light board

LED panel side light emitting structure design

Side-emitting led panel board light. 2. The light-transmitting part of the side-emitting LED panel light is composed of a diffuser, a light guide plate, and a reflective film. The most important thing is the quality of the light guide plate, and the light transmittance must be very good. The surface of the LED is directly close to the periphery of the light guide plate and is in the center position to make the most of the effective light.

3. The structure of the positive-emitting LED panel light is similar to that of the side-emitting LED panel light, except that the light is evenly distributed behind the acrylic plate and cannot be made very thin. The focal length of the light source and the light guide plate should not be too close. It is possible to see the particle light source, which affects the appearance. The solution is to increase the size of the entire lamp, so on the whole, the cost of side-emitting LED panel lights is higher. But the brightness is higher than that of side-emitting LED panel lights.


Shell processing technology requirements

The shell material is made of high-strength aluminum, and the surface is sprayed with anti-static thermoplastic, corrosion-resistant, oxygen-resistant, durable, and has a variety of appearance colors to choose from. Optical-grade diffuser and light guide plate better ensure the uniformity of light output and light output.> Using aluminum backplane as a heat dissipation platform, the heat dissipation effect is better. . What is a light guide plate?

The light guide plate is made of optical grade acrylic or PC sheet, and the light guide dots are printed on the bottom surface of the optical grade acrylic and force sheet with UV same-plate printing technology. When the light hits each light guide point, the reflected light will be taken from all angles, and will be emitted from the front of the light guide plate after damage. The light guide plate, reflective oil black and reflective film in the side-emitting LED panel light are always at a relatively high temperature, which is easy to age and turn yellow, so that the light output rate is reduced, and the life of the side-emitting LED panel light is greatly reduced.
