1. LED line lights need anti-static: because Led is a static-sensitive component, if you do not take anti-static measures when maintaining LED line lights, it will burn out the LED and cause waste. It should be noted that the soldering iron must be an anti-static soldering iron, and the maintenance personnel must also take anti-static measures (such as wearing anti-static rings and anti-static gloves, etc.).
2. LED line lights are not resistant to high temperature: the two important components of LED line lights, Led and FPC, are not high temperature products. If the FPC is continuously high temperature or exceeds its withstand temperature, the FPC cover film will be foamed, which will directly lead to the scrapping of the lamp. At the same time, LEDs cannot withstand high temperatures, and the Led wicks will burn out at high temperatures for a long time. Therefore, the maintenance of LED line lights must control the temperature and limit the temperature to a range.
3. If the LED line light does not light up, please check whether the circuit is connected well and whether there are problems such as poor contact. Check whether the rated power of the power supply is less than the rated power of the LED line light, and whether the wiring is too thin and the power consumption is too large.
4. According to the material analysis of the PCB board, the PCB board can be divided into multiple quality levels. Most of the cheap LED strip lights on the market choose the secondary material PCB board, which is easy to delaminate after heating, the copper foil is too thin and easy to fall off, and the adhesion is poor. The copper foil layer and the PCB layer are easy to separate, not to mention the stability of the circuit.
