The standards of blackboard lights are different from classroom lights:

The standards of blackboard lights are different from classroom lights:

1. Illumination: blackboard lamp illumination 500LUX; classroom lamp 300LUX;

2. Uniformity: blackboard light ≥ 0.8; classroom light ≥ 0.7;

3. Installation method:

The blackboard lamp is installed between 0.7m to 1.0m parallel to the blackboard, and the vertical distance from the upper edge of the blackboard is 0.1m to 0.2m. The illumination angle of the blackboard lamp should be adjusted to avoid direct glare to the teacher. The height of the blackboard itself is generally between 1.0-1.2m, the installation height of the blackboard is generally between 0.8m-0.9m in elementary schools, and between 1.0m and 1.1m in middle schools, depending on the average height of local students.

Classroom lights should be installed vertically (the long axis of the lamp is perpendicular to the blackboard) and evenly arranged. The vertical distance between the lamps and the desk is not less than 1.7 meters, that is, the installation of the classroom lights refers to the height of the desk. The height of the desk in primary and secondary schools is generally about 70cm. , The height of the table in the kindergarten is generally about 50cm.

4. Lighting method:

Blackboard lighting should use special blackboard lamps with asymmetrical strong light distribution characteristics. Why should blackboard lighting use blackboard lamps with asymmetrical strong light distribution characteristics? It should be that the blackboard lamp cannot be placed in the vertical center of the blackboard, but can only be placed on the top of the blackboard. In order to ensure the blackboard's illuminance and uniformity of illuminance, only the blackboard lamp with asymmetrical strong light distribution characteristics can be used to control the illumination. The illuminance of the part of the blackboard close to the blackboard light and the part of the blackboard far away from the blackboard light is the same.

Classroom lighting should use special classroom lamps with symmetrical strong light distribution characteristics, because this will make the overall illuminance of the classroom brighter and more uniform.
