  2. The isolated power supply current is large, you can make the LED lamp bead light string small, generally 10-12 strings. The isolated power supply generally has low voltage and large current


Mainly depends on the choice of power supply, and then match the led light board


  One of the design schemes:


    The constant current drive module needs to be taken into consideration when designing the LED fluorescent lamp module. For example, the number of LED fluorescent lamps connected in series should be less than ten, because LED lamps have a safety upper limit.


 According to the European standard, the maximum voltage of the led module driven by the power supply cannot exceed the maximum safe voltage of industrial electricity.


So if one LED fluorescent lamp is 22v, ten will be 220v.


  Secondly, as an LED fluorescent lamp, in order to facilitate maintenance, it is often used in the form of a module, and it is recommended that the power of each module is less than 32 volts.


  Third, it is recommended to use 0.1-0.2w led diodes for each led module, and use parallel and parallel hybrid methods. In this way, when one of them is damaged, all of them will not be able to emit light.


 Design plan two:


   Use low-power led lamp beads. Such as 3014, 3528, 2835, 5730, etc., the isolation power supply adopts 12 strings, the voltage reaches about 38v, and the LED fluorescent lamp is safe

     If it is found that the LED light board is not enough, for example, there are only 12 strings and 4 parallels, and 12 strings and 5 parallels are actually needed. In this case, we can increase the power of the LED lamp beads. For example, 2835 0.2w is usually used, and each parallel can be shared. Less than 60mA. After the number is reduced. We increase the power and use 0.5W, the current can be 75mA. Although the power is a bit larger. But the led lamp bead is protected. The use range of the led lamp board is wider. No need to turn on The board reduces the cost and satisfies the conditions of use.


     The main convenience is attributed to the benefits brought by the increased power of the LED lamp beads. If it is used in the early stage of 3528 0.06w 3014 0.1w, there is no workaround, only the LED lamp beads can be added, and the process will become more troublesome.


Design plan four


      There are skills in the design of high-efficiency LED light boards. Generally, it is better to use high-string light boards. At the same time, pay attention to the number of parallel connections, which indirectly increases the current. At the same time, pay attention to using low-voltage LED lamp beads as much as possible. It can also improve the light effect of a single led lamp.
