1. The power meter is used to test electrical parameters, it can test power, voltage, input current, power factor, namely PF value
The maximum value of PF=1, generally greater than 0.9 is a good parameter, BENWEI LED tube exceeds 0.95
2. For the use of illuminance meter, compare and test with two LED tubes. Of course, a tube with a larger illuminance value is good (note that the test should be at the same height)
Many cheap LED tubes of poor quality have enough power, but they do not light up, that is, the illuminance is not enough.
