How to choose the right football field LED flood lights?
1) High-grade LED chips
The top brands of LED drivers in the market are Meanwell and Inventronics, and the top brands of LED chips are Bridgelux, lumileds, and others. We should select lights made of trustworthy components.
2) High luminance effectiveness
This affects how much energy your LED flood lights will save. The measure of energy efficiency is "lumen per watt." For instance, if an LED has a lumens per watt rating of 150, 1W of electricity would produce 150 units of light and brightness. Thus, you will be aware that lights with a 150 lm/W rating use less energy than those with a 120 lm/W rating.
3 Effective heat dissipation
Effective heat dissipation prevents overheating from damaging the LED flood light. Pure aluminum, which has a high heat conductivity rate of 238 W/mk, is used to make effective heat sinks. The greater the number, the higher the conductivity rate. There are only 54.4 W/mk in die cast iron.
High power LED floodlights benefit from a temperature of 75°C since a longer lifetime may be guaranteed. Temperatures over 100°C are a warning.
4) Outdoor flood lights are waterproof
We want weatherproof lighting with an IP rating of at least 65 for outdoor foot fields; higher is preferable. IP68 is necessary for underwater usage.
5)Index for color rendering
This index shows how the color will be lighted in reality. CRI 80 is necessary for lighting on football fields. We may need CRI90+ for filming in the ary gallery.
6)Glare Rate
Which is the main variable that impacts the illumination of led footballs.
Players' and viewers' eyes will be affected by excessive glare or leakage, which also reduces the brightness of the targeted locations. Choose lighting with a cutting-edge optical design and reduced glare.
7)Flickering problem
It will have an impact on the cameras while filming football games, particularly in slow motion. The rate of flickering must be zero.
